Emails not rendering correctly in Gmail App on mobile
"View my credential" and "Add to my LinkedIn Profile" buttons overlap when using the "Recipient - Certificate and Badge Delivery" template in the Gmail App on Android and IPhone. Reported by Thales Group on Android, Gmail app version 2021.03.07.36448618. Replicated by me on IPhone, Gmail app version 6.0.210222 When using Gmail on Mobile Safari or Mobile Chrome browsers this is not an issue. Also not an issue on the Mail app on IPhone.
Text Alignment in Transcript Letter is not Honoured
When using the center or right alignment for text on Transcript Letters, the alignment isn't honored in the Transcript Letter that recipients see from their credential view. The text is aligned left regardless of the Transcript Letter template.
LinkedIn Option in Widget results in a transition timeout to LinkedIn
When using the Share to LinkedIn option via the social media widget, the transition to LinkedIn times our resulting in a LinkedIn warning message. The transition error does not happen with other 'Share to LinkedIn' options on the credential view. The transition error with the LinkedIn widget option does not occur for all recipients. But CS reps have been able to replicate this issue fairly consistently. Badge images have been checked and are using appropriate image sizes.
