“S/O” (son of) and “D/O” (daughter of) are widely used in Indian names in Singapore – they are official names used in national identity cards and passports. As a result, credentials are issued with a "/" in the recipient name.
When exporting credentials via PDF it is not possible to export the credentials of a recipient with a "/" in their name. The credential has to be downloaded individually from within the issuers' dashboard.
The file system reads the "/" in the filename as a directory, and not a file name. NUS has suggested that 'since Accredible is already replacing spaces " " in recipient names with "-" when we “Export --> Credential PDFs”, we would like to propose that Accredible also replace "/" with a "-" or remove "/" when renaming the filenames backend.'
