We recently redesigned our certificates, given at the end of each of our academy courses. Upon uploading the new design I immediately wished to know if the people who had received certificates previously would be automatically notified. Unfortunately, this doesn't automatically happen, and there is currently no way to contact recipients through the Accredible system.
To contact recipients of our certificates I need to export all of their contact details, manually input them into our email provider and then send them an email stating there is a new certificate design available for them to download if they wish to.
This could be made far more intuitive and effective if the Accredible system automatically notified credential recipients of new design uploads;
or failing that, at least the ability to compose a mail to those credential recipients inside the Accredible system.
