Ability to disable "Share to LinkedIn" button

Issuers would like the ability to adjust recipient engagement options (specifically the "Share to LinkedIn" option).
Currently, it is not possible to disable 'Share to LinkedIn' from the credential view.
Also, issuers would like to selectively control this setting on a per-group basis

It is currently possible to disable all sharing options apart from the 'Share to LinkedIn button'.

Some issuers would like to be able to disable all social media sharing options.
