The issuer is requesting the ability to position text to the bottom of text boxes so that they can position text closer to the bottom edge of a certificate design.

Currently, there is a workaround whereby the text container can be 'nudged' over the certificate design boundaries by moving the textbox using keyboard arrows, allowing them to position the text closer to the edge of the design, but the increments tend to be quite large and make positioning text accurately difficult.
