A customer has 3-year renewal cycles. However, regardless of when they complete the program, the 3 years mark ends on December 31st. For example, if I complete my program on May 6, 2026, my credential would be valid through December 31, 2029.

In our current setup, our 3 years expiration date in the group settings will not work, as it operates on a 365 day cycle per year. Our system does allow a custom date to be pushed over via an integration or via a CSV upload, but the customer would like to be able to control this within the Accredible platform.
