A customer has requested the ability to have an issuer page at the corporation level (across all departments). They have a parent company with different brands, and while they want to use departments for different branding, they also want to be able to highlight their offerings across all of their departments/brands on a single page. This would also be helpful if we were to explore cross-departmental pathways, as they have some learning journeys that span across departments.
