In our current state, an issuer can resend V2 email campaigns for delivery or reminder emails. However, the dropdown option does not allow them to resend email campaigns with expiry warnings, expired credentials, or renewed credentials.

A customer would like the ability to resend email campaigns for these other templates. They currently extend the expiration date to renew a credential, and since this does not automatically send the renewed email, they would like to be able to manually send this to their recipients.
