If an issuer chooses to have their recipients opt-in to the Spotlight Directory, there are several steps they must take. They need to be logged in, acknowledge several items, as well as edit their profile in the directly to be visible, rather than hidden. These extra steps can prevent recipients from being included in the SD. A client has requested a more streamlined process for a recipient to be added, rather than multiple pop-ups/windows.
