Add "Recipient viewed" to credential exports

Currently when you export credentials as a spreadsheet there is True/False for "Added to LinkedIn?", "Recipient Engaged?" and "private".

CAF America would liek "Recipient Viewed" to be added to this export.

Zuora mentioned that they would like the "Recipient Viewed" column to be added to the export, and the ability to filter for credentials by viewed/not viewed.
