The API has no bulk update endpoint. Each credential update is a separate request (PUT /v1/credentials/{id}).

Issuers that sync credentials from their own system of record send thousands of updates in one run. Large runs hit the API rate limit. As a result, the issuer must build throttling and retry logic to finish a run.

Requested: a bulk update endpoint for credentials, like bulk create, so one request can update many credentials.
