Disable Recovery Email Feature popup for SAML and API SSO Users

When the setting “Ask recipients to add a recovery email” is enabled, recipients who authenticate via SAML SSO, API SSO, or the Recipient Sign-In link are shown a recovery email prompt.
Recipients authenticated through these SSO methods are unable to add a recovery email due to account configuration restrictions. This results in repeated popups or error messages and creates confusion in the user experience.
Request
Disable the recovery email pop-up and related error messaging for SSO-based authentication methods where recovery email functionality is not supported.
