For recipients who log in via SAML SSO or API SSO, using the Recovery Email feature can cause issues due to restrictions on their account settings.
Would like the system to prevent this feature from being used for these users, and ensure that the popup or error message does not appear, as it is not applicable for their authentication method.
Notes:
  • SAML and API SSO users cannot update account settings through the UI.
  • Attempting to use the Recovery Email feature for these users currently brings up the "Failed to set recovery email" message.
