The resend recipient email button is a Legacy Email feature only. This means that new departments that utilize our Email Campaigns do not include this feature and cannot resent emails to recipients when needed.

We've released an update that lets you select and send any active campaign email to up to 20 recipients at a time.
This function lets you force send (or resend) any active campaign like: delivery email to someone who received their credential in the past, or manually trigger an expiry warning.
Accounts that pre-date Email Campaigns will see this option in a dropdown for 'Resend emails'.
