Increase the allowable trigger window for email campaigns from 365 days to at least 3 years, with 5 years preferred. This enhancement should apply to any email campaign trigger that is based on the amount of time elapsed since a qualifying event, such as credential issuance or a recipient being added to the Spotlight Directory. Additionally, the only option for "Recipient receives an eligible credential" is "instant" It would be ideal if that trigger could include more options. This results in recipients getting the delivery email and the eligible for spotlight directory email at the exact same time which is not idea.
