Option for Lite Plan customers to pay for subscription in one-off annual payments.

At the moment, Lite plan customers can only pay for their subscription through monthly payments to their credit card.

Customers are requesting that there be a second option where they can still pay for their Lite plan subscription by credit card, but in full in a one-off annual payment.
