Ordering the visible options in the menu

Is there was a way to prioritise the visible options on the screen?
For example the options for PDF, Embed and Email are lower down our priority list than 'Add to Linkedin' and 'Transcript Letter'. Is there a way we could have these options visible instead of PDF, Embed and Email (which can move to the more options list)

Global Alumni would also like the ability to make specific options visible, such as Name Change Requests to make it easier for recipients.
