Certified Human Resource Management Professional would like for recipients to be able to see the "Add to LinkedIn Profile" button when signed out of www.credential.net.

Currently, you have to log in to see this button. They feel it would be simpler if you could make this button public, like you can for the other LinkedIn buttons (GetSocial and Share as Post LinkedIn buttons).
