We need the ability to be able to revoke a credential from a particular learner but without deleting it. At the moment the currently flow only allows us to delete the credential then look this up using the ID int he change audit area on Analytics. Ideally we need an additional workflow that allows us to track all revoked credentials in a dedicated section - this is a regulatory requirement for us as an AO and so two distinct processes are needed (revoke and delete)
