The ability to have links in the custom marketing message open in a new window

The University of British Columbia would like the ability to decide if hyperlinks in the custom marketing message opens in a new window or not. UBC would like this feature so that viewers are not navigated away from the credential page, and have to manually go back to view the credential. Currently, hyperlinks in the custom marketing message open in the same window, while the marketing referral links open in a new window.

Organic Intelligence would also like the ability to have links open in a new tab/window so that viewers will still have access to the credential page to further engage with the credential (I.E. share via social media, download PDFs, etc.).
