At this time, the message that appears at the bottom of credential emails is "To unsubscribe and stop receiving these emails please click here." Missouri's Office of Administration would like the ability to update the "Unsubscribe" message that appears at the bottom of their credential emails to ensure that recipients understand that if they are opting out of emails, that they will no longer be notified when they have earned additional credentials. If a person has unsubscribed to emails, and did not realized that they will no longer an email notification of their new badges, they will not log into the platform and engage with their credentials (thus, lowering the Office of Administration's engagement rate).
