Google Cloud has noted that they received good feedback from one of their recipients concerning the Directory settings with a Spotlight Directory profile.

For the "Availability" section, they wish to add an option for "Not seeking new employment" or "Unavailable." This will provide recipients with the choice to update their status in a much clearer manner as opposed to leaving this field blank/not set.
