This was delivered during the transition from 'Tags' to 'Collections'. You can now filter most analytics screens by searching and selecting your collection to see that screen's stats for all groups in the collection.

Hello Michelle, Can you elaborate on what's meant by 'Tags'. For example do you mean hashtags or tags that allow you to analyze data on Google analytics (UTM codes)? Thank you!

Amy von Kaenel: Hi Amy, please see clarification here: The request is to use Tags that are created within Groups as an item to filter through on the Analytics part of ACMS. They feel it is a great source of building ROI and essentials to organizations i.e. in the Educational Space working with different departments and administrators that control budgets to share the analytics that way. And before a solution is provided by using groups, that simply isn’t the way the client has set up their groups or function well to what they need. I hope this clarifies the request.

Michelle Torres: Hello Michelle,
Thank you for the clarification. We are adding the ability to sort by groups on the new Recipient Activity page (launching end of Q1), Recipient Engagement (3/9), and Marketing ROI (launched). Is the new group filtering a good proxy for tags? I'm trying to envision how they want to slide their data.

Amy von Kaenel: I do not believe so. Happy to join you on a call to discuss further.

Michelle Torres: Sure! I will put time on your calendar for next week. We are planning for Q2 right now and will be busy through our deadline on Friday.
