Customers would like to have the ability to create certain attributes on a per-Group level. For information that's static/the same for each recipient in a group - it will make the issuer's life easier in certain cases to be able to enter this information on the Group level. USE CASE: I need to add a field for CPD Points which are the same for each course. I understand that I can use a Custom Attribute and import the CPD value for each of the recipients. And indeed, I have created and added such a field to the certificate layout. However, is it possible to add a CPD field to the Group Settings (each course) so that we don’t have to import the CPD for each person?

When publishing credentials from Accredible currently, the credential delivery email is sent out immediately. There is no option to delay or schedule when credential delivery emails can go out, such as out of office hours or over the weekend. Feature request is to have an option that will allow the issuer to schedule the sending of the credential delivery emails being sent out to recipients.

Recipients would like to be able to delete the secondary email(s) they linked to their credential wallet.

UiPath would like to create specific badge/certificate design templates for their administrators to use when they are issuing digital credentials. These templates may include specific design requirements, such as particular colors, shapes, and icons. Some administrators may accidentally confuse editing a design directly rather than creating a copy of the design. Editing a design directly would update the design for all groups/credentials associated with the design. To avoid this issue, UiPath would like the ability to lock specific badge/certificate designs.

Daniela's School would like to receive emails when they are close to running out of credits. They recently ran out of credits but were not aware, so credentials stopped being issued through their integration.

Include the ability to update a group setting universally across all groups. Example: I have 100 groups. My business has changed and now I need all of these groups to have the 'issue as private by default' setting switched on, and they are currently all set to public (or a mix or public and private). With the current system I would need to manually go into each group and check/update this setting for each, costing a lot of time. If there was a global setting feature that could set all of these groups to 'issue as private by default' = 'On', this would save a large amount of time.

Several clients extend the expiration date through API to show longevity of the credentialee. There is currently no way to send a "renewal" email. I was hoping since our system knows to charge a credit there must be some sort of trigger we could create so that when a credential is renewed via an extension of the expiration date an email could be sent to the recipient notifying them of the credentials renewal. This is also common for clients who allow their recipients to renew early.

National University of Singapore have raised they would like to see the team member permissions more fine grained e.g. designs. Currently enabling access to 'design' for a team member allows them to access all designs in that department. The customer would like to choose which design template the team member has access to in the same way you can assign a particular group to a TM. They would like to see the more finer permissions in email templates as well as API.

Clients would like the have a way to print unpublished credentials for awards and in person events which could be printed in advanced but not published until completion or awarding.

ICDL would like to be able to choose the font size by inputting a number instead of selecting the number using the slider.
