I want to see all of my normal analytics data, but across departments (organization-wide). I also want to see information like how many credentials have each department issued to.

The University of Michigan would like to see an option to insert an image into their custom marketing message. There is a workaround for this (pasting the image address directly into the box). However, being able to directly insert an image would be ideal.

Daniela's School would like to receive emails when they are close to running out of credits. They recently ran out of credits but were not aware, so credentials stopped being issued through their integration.

Just like the Recipient Portal, we support different languages with a dropdown menu. Spotlight Directory should also be supported.

Customers would like to have the ability to create certain attributes on a per-Group level. For information that's static/the same for each recipient in a group - it will make the issuer's life easier in certain cases to be able to enter this information on the Group level. USE CASE: I need to add a field for CPD Points which are the same for each course. I understand that I can use a Custom Attribute and import the CPD value for each of the recipients. And indeed, I have created and added such a field to the certificate layout. However, is it possible to add a CPD field to the Group Settings (each course) so that we don’t have to import the CPD for each person?

Customer request to have Google Maps integrated into Spotlight directory. Use case: once an individual searches the directory and finds a practitioner in their area, the Google Map integration will show them exactly how far away said practitioner is.

The issuer has requested the ability to remove certificate designs from the Designs overview without deleting them, but instead archiving them.

Currently, credentials have to be updated separately to uploading new credentials. This causes difficulty when all data is in one spreadsheet. The ability to update and create in one spreadsheet upload would be beneficial.

Currently embedding/adding a badge to a website or email signature that will take someone to that credential page is a two step process. The recipient must first add the image, then you must take a second step to hyperlink the image. This means that many of our recipients are not providing a link back to the credential page, as they often do not have the technical awareness to be able to do so. Ensuring that the credential page is linked within the embed code or downloaded PDF would greatly streamline this process.

The issuer is requesting a way to archive groups in order to keep all existing credentials but prevent new ones from being issued by any user.
