Feature Requests

National Children's Chorus is requesting to have the ability to CC other emails for each recipient when publishing their credentials. For example, they want to publish a student's credential, but also CC their parents in that email so they can have a copy.

Clients who renew the credential or extend the expiration date are unable to see time stamped analytics around items such as shares. Shares do not accurately show because the credential was previously issued. It will also not correctly show when the credential was issued. The renewed credentials always show up in the current year rather than being able to see when originally issued. Clients cannot see how many recipients are first time earners vs renewed earners.

Unitec has a lot of certificate designs that they are using for their certificates and would like to be able to organize their certificates into folders - similar to how you can organize groups into collections.

Firestop would like to be able to export the directory profile data.

Users would like the ability to restrict/edit access to certain features, etc. This was suggested by Junior Achievement.

Include the ability to update a group setting universally across all groups. Example: I have 100 groups. My business has changed and now I need all of these groups to have the 'issue as private by default' setting switched on, and they are currently all set to public (or a mix or public and private). With the current system I would need to manually go into each group and check/update this setting for each, costing a lot of time. If there was a global setting feature that could set all of these groups to 'issue as private by default' = 'On', this would save a large amount of time.

Users would like the ability to choose a default dept when someone signs in. This was suggested by Junior Achievement.

Currently there is functionality to change the font style (bold, italic) for attributes, but there is no way to control the case formatting on attributes. SAE would like to format the credential group name in all uppercase on the certificate, but not anywhere else in the UI. The ability to set attributes to be all upper, all lower, or capital case would be beneficial.

The issuer has requested the ability to remove certificate designs from the Designs overview without deleting them, but instead archiving them.

The issuer is requesting a way to archive groups in order to keep all existing credentials but prevent new ones from being issued by any user.
