Spotlight Directory to have the option to be completely private. KWM are thinking about it for internal use and wouldn't want anyone outside of the org accessing it.

If Team Member Permissions > Group Access is set as 'Viewer', the user cannot edit groups, but they also cannot issue credentials. When Group Access is set to 'Editor' the user can then issue credentials, but can also edit and create groups. Feature request: to have a Group Access setting that allows team members to issue credentials, but prevents them from editing or creating groups.

Customer Alcorn State University requested the ability to search for users by email address in Spotlight Directories.

The Spotlight Directory shows the last date that a recipient has signed into the Accredible account. The Sort functionality has the ability to sort by newest/oldest sign-in date. IIBA would like the ability to sort by newest/oldest credential issue date instead.

From initial investigation, the credentials listed on a user's profile Certification section is by either Published Date or Updated Date. Updating the timeline by Issued Date seems more logical as Published Date/Updated Date is not related to the credentials itself.

It would be amazing if there was an additional option of collections as a drop down menu option on every analytics tab like there is for groups currently.

Firestop - Having the option to search for City, State and Country

Currently, you can only issue a credential by clicking the module link. We would like to see an option to auto-issue through Quiz completion.

Imperial college have raised that when they add the 'social images' under email branding/ appearance, the populate vertically down. The customer wants the ability to move these icons so they can be horizontally in line, taking less space on the email template.

Would it be possible to have our brand fonts added as an available option within the email templates font functionality to align with our white label departments: City & Guilds, Kineo, Depts: Avenir LT Std City & Guilds Training Dept: Avenir LT Pro City & Guilds Foundation: Swift Neue The Oxford Group Dept: Volkhov ILM Dept: Bitter And to further make this something that is possible for all customers, could there be functionality available to submit a request for a font to be approved by yourselves without having to raise on Canny?
