Feature Requests

Currently, if a client adds on the Spotlight Directory, and they have already issued out credentials to recipients who will be included in the directory, those individuals will not receive an email allowing them to opt in or opt out of the directory. The current process is they would have to sign into their Accredible account (if they have created one) to see this notification.

On the new email campaign feature, please make BCC and CC possible or please remove the fields on the general settings.

UCD English Language Academy has moved to Moodle and will be using their most up to date version, 4.5. Currently this isn't supported

The resend recipient email button is a Legacy Email feature only. This means that new departments that utilize our Email Campaigns do not include this feature and cannot resent emails to recipients when needed.

In our current email system, clients have the ability to override the sender information listed in the department emails. They can customize the send and reply emails by group. A client would like the ability to continue to customize this email information in our new email campaigns.

Be able to create collections via API instead of manually.

Issuer has requested that CC and BCC be included in the email template overrides.

Customer UpgradeHub is requesting the ability to have "data analytics and AI" included in the list of group categories.

The ability for recipients to add a link to their website to assist them with getting business.

Clients would benefit from a trigger in the email campaigns based on recipients that have opted out of the spotlight directory or never opted in to the spotlight directory
