Client would like the ability to have the default view return for most recently updated credentials as an option.

CIPS (Org ID 10000201) would like to be able to hide the number of directory numbers from being visible on their spotlight directory. They want this number to be internal, so do want want recipients or third parties with access to the directory to able to view this number. They have an opt in/out process in place outside of the accredible platform and their executive team would like all details of member numbers to only be visible to Admins on their account. Is it possible to add an additional toggle in the area highlighted below with the option to Show/Hide Directory Member Numbers?

While updates have been made to the Spotlight Directory search functionality, the current credential ID search is pulling the recipient UUID, rather than the credential ID listed in ACMS. While this is an internal code, several issuers utilize this ID as a custom attribute on their credentials, and this information is shared with agencies/organizations to verify the credentials. Having the Spotlight Directory search field "credential ID" align with our ACMS verbiage of "credential ID" is the expected behavior for many of our clients.

Just like the Recipient Portal, we support different languages with a dropdown menu. Spotlight Directory should also be supported.

Currently, we allow custom attributes to be added within the Spotlight Directory. However, this relies on the recipient filling in this information to the Spotlight Directory profile. It would be helpful if custom attributes from the credential could automatically be pulled from the credential and displayed/searched by within the Spotlight Directory.

MyMedGas would like the ability to generate a URL/List of URLS for each recipients directory profile or credential wallet.

A client would like the ability to remove the biography, LinkedIn profile, and Twitter/X profile fields from being added to the Spotlight Directory. Due to organizational privacies, they do not want their recipients to have access to type in their own biographies or add in these social media links.

Currently, if a client adds on the Spotlight Directory, and they have already issued out credentials to recipients who will be included in the directory, those individuals will not receive an email allowing them to opt in or opt out of the directory. The current process is they would have to sign into their Accredible account (if they have created one) to see this notification.

Customer request to have Google Maps integrated into Spotlight directory. Use case: once an individual searches the directory and finds a practitioner in their area, the Google Map integration will show them exactly how far away said practitioner is.

With our new updates to the Spotlight Directory, viewers now have the ability to search and sort by additional fields. However, while the default sort displays the newest credential first, a client would like the ability to set a default sort for their own directory that makes the most sense for their use case. They would also like to set a default for the search fields.
