At the moment, it is possible to filter the Credentials List by "Expired" credentials as well as "Issue Date." It would be great to be able to filter credentials by both "Un-Expired/Valid" status and set expiration date as a parameter to filter by.

We have had several clients requesting Accredible to support Open Badges 3.0.

Several clients extend the expiration date through API to show longevity of the credentialee. There is currently no way to send a "renewal" email. I was hoping since our system knows to charge a credit there must be some sort of trigger we could create so that when a credential is renewed via an extension of the expiration date an email could be sent to the recipient notifying them of the credentials renewal. This is also common for clients who allow their recipients to renew early.

University of British Columbia would like the ability to customize the text of their Marketing - Referral links. UBC would like to use a YouTube video for the "Course Website" marketing referral link to make it easier to connect with an audience who prefers to watch a video rather than read text, but seeing "Course Website" may be confusing to the viewer. Instead of a "Course Website" link, the text of the link could be updated to "Course Information" or "Program Information." Another reason why it would be nice to have the ability to customize the text of marketing referral links is for those who would like to provide additional information regarding their credentials, but are not issuing credentials for course completions, such as professional associations who issue membership badges.

We (I'm sure as well as many others), would like to be able to customize our digital wallet cards to reflect our branding colors and fonts so we can better represent our school. Our technicians use their digital wallet cards to prove their credentials when going to a job and it's important that the customer can see right away where this credential came from, as our branding is very recognizable to people in our industry.

Even though we can currently bulk update credentials' expiration dates via spreadsheet upload, thereby renewing or extending the validity of these, ACMS will read the bulk upload as an update to the credential and not a renewal. Therefore, the Credential Renewal email will not be triggered, even if set up correctly for these. Ideally, when the credential expiration date is updated, it will function as a renewal and trigger the Credential Renewal email template.

The University of Michigan would like to see an option to insert an image into their custom marketing message. There is a workaround for this (pasting the image address directly into the box). However, being able to directly insert an image would be ideal.

Daniela's School would like to receive emails when they are close to running out of credits. They recently ran out of credits but were not aware, so credentials stopped being issued through their integration.

Saïd Business School, University of Oxford reported that our platform does not support RTL alignment when credentials are issued in Arabic.

Customers would like to have the ability to create certain attributes on a per-Group level. For information that's static/the same for each recipient in a group - it will make the issuer's life easier in certain cases to be able to enter this information on the Group level. USE CASE: I need to add a field for CPD Points which are the same for each course. I understand that I can use a Custom Attribute and import the CPD value for each of the recipients. And indeed, I have created and added such a field to the certificate layout. However, is it possible to add a CPD field to the Group Settings (each course) so that we don’t have to import the CPD for each person?
